E-mail Setup Instructions

The instructions and information in this section should assist you in setting up your devices to access your e-mail account hosted through EagleZip.com.  The instructions are the same whether you have an @eaglezip.net e-mail address or your own domain name (you@yourdomain.com).

Please note: Many newer e-mail clients are able to automatically detect your e-mail server settings just by entering your e-mail address and password.  If your e-mail program has an automatic option, give that a try first before going through the manual setup wizard.

General E-mail Server Settings

Incoming Server Type: POP or POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.eaglezip.com
Incoming Port Number: 110 (or 995 if using SSL)
Username: Your full e-mail address (you@eaglezip.net or you@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your account password
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: mail.eaglezip.com
Outgoing Port Number: 25, 587, 2525 (or 465 if using SSL)
Outgoing Server Authentication: Required. Use your e-mail address as the username and re-enter your password if needed.

Any other e-mail program or device that supports POP3 and SMTP should also work with our service using the General Settings at the top of this page.
