As a follow up to the maintenance work we did last week, we have scheduled another maintenance window for our cable internet system in Youngsville Wednesday November 15, 2023 (Tuesday night) between the hours of midnight and 4:00am. The maintenance work will cause various degrees of service interruption across portions of the cable internet system as new equipment is installed and connected to the system. We expect normal service to be restored in all areas no later than 4:00am Friday morning.
It may be necessary to reboot your cable modem and wireless router Friday morning if your service does not automatically come back online after the maintenance work is completed. This simply involves unplugging both the cable modem and wireless router from power, then reconnect the cable modem, wait 2 full minutes for it to come back online with all lights solid, and then reconnect your wireless router.
