EagleZip.com has just received notification from our upstream fiber optic carrier that they will be performing an emergency network maintenance Wednesday, April 10 (Tuesday night) between 12:00am midnight and 4:00am. The purpose for this work with such short notice is to resolve an equipment issue which was detected over the weekend at a major network hub in Pittsburgh.
Our vendor is anticipating an outage sometime between midnight and 4:00am of 30 - 60 minutes. However customers should be prepared for service interruptions during the entire maintenance window.
We apologize for this inconvenience and short notice. However we do appreciate our connectivity vendors providing prompt resolutions to issues such as this which have the potential to cause bigger issues for everyone.
