EagleZip.com has been notified by our upstream fiber optic carrier that they will be performing network maintenance activities across different parts of their Pennsylvania fiber optic network this coming week. Maintenance activities which will impact EagleZip.com services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 23 (Monday night) and Thursday, June 25 (Wednesday night) between midnight and 4:00am with a backup date of Friday, June 26 (Thursday night) for any activity which isn't fully completed at the originally schedule time.
During these times, customers will experience one or more interruptions in service while network equipment is being reconfigured and/or replaced across parts of our carrier's fiber optic network. This work is not being performed or coordinated by EagleZip.com, so that is all the information we have available. Our technicians will be actively monitoring our connectivity during these times to ensure that service is restored as soon as the maintenance work is completed.
