COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak

To our valued EagleZip.com customers and communities,

We at EagleZip want to assure you that during these trying times, EagleZip understands that there will be financial disruptions to both individuals and companies during this medical emergency. In support of the FCC's "Keep Americans Connected Pledge" EagleZip will utilize the following billing policy until May 14, 2020:

  1. EagleZip will not suspend service to any customers who are unable to pay their monthly invoice between the periods of March 16, 2020 and May 14, 2020. You may temporarily downgrade to our Basic service free of charge or defer payments for your current service level. Cable TV services billed by EagleZip are not included and may still be disconnected by your respective Cable TV provider per their policies.
  2. EagleZip will not charge any late fees or reconnection fees during any events during this period.
  3. Unless further action is recommended by state or federal agencies, past due account balances will be due by May 15, 2020. If a customer is unable to pay the past due amount in full at that time, EagleZip will offer payment plans for up to six months to pay back past due amounts for qualifying customers.

EagleZip has also implemented work-from-home procedures to allow our staff to continue providing customer service and technical support if it becomes necessary for our office to close.

During these trying times, EagleZip will work, with the customers and communities we serve, to help everyone to get through this medical crises. If any customers have any questions please feel free to reply or give our office a call at 1-866-960-6104 and we will answer your questions as best we can.

Thank You to all our Customers and Communities
