By signing the drop-off ticket and leaving their computer for repair, the customer authorizes EagleZip.com and its employees to complete repair work as requested according to the terms herein. Any restrictions the customer may have concerning repairs, as well as any estimates required or labor approvals, are noted on the work order.
The customer understands that personal and/or private information may be contained within files on this computer and may be inadvertently viewed by EagleZip.com employees. EagleZip.com agrees that any such personal and/or private information will remain confidential. The customer further understands that if software is being installed, some files may be overwritten and/or lost.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL EAGLEZIP.COM BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FILES LOST AND/OR HARDWARE DAMAGE OCCURING DURING WORK ON THE CUSTOMER’S COMPUTER SYSTEM. EAGLEZIP.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF SERVICE OR LOSS OF INCOME DUE TO THE LOSS OF FILES OR TIME REQUIRED TO MAKE AUTHORIZED REPAIRS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS
THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THESE PROVISIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MERCHANDISE AND/OR SERVICES INVOLVED IN REPAIR TRANSACTIONS.
The customer agrees to pay all charges in full and remove computer equipment from EagleZip.com premises within 30 days of completion of service or any deposit on repairs will be forfeited and all equipment will become property of EagleZip.com.
The customer understands that, if a repair deposit is required due to the unusable condition of the computer and/or request for special order parts, the deposit will be applied first to hardware costs and then to labor fees, and any difference will be refunded. If the deposit is by check, a new check must be written for smaller amount or a refund will be issued 21 days after deposit.
Warranty: All parts provided and labor performed by EagleZip.com carry a 90 day limited warranty from the invoice date. Some parts may have longer manufacturer warranties which will be honored by EagleZip.com. This warranty does not cover software which has been modified by the customer such as performing a system restore or reinstallation of any software, including browser toolbars or other adware/malware.
