Outage Status
Monday morning we are aware of multiple Youngsville TV outages which are also causing internet disruptions. The affected areas include Beckenwood Drive, 101 to 134 Mill Street, 15 East Main Street, 585 to 690 Old Pittsfield Road, 1630 to 1668 Old Pittsfield Road, and 7 Edgewood Drive. There may be other areas of poor service due to Youngsville TV signal issues. We have reported these issues to Youngsville TV.
As of 10pm Sunday there is a Youngsville TV outage on Beckenwood Drive which is also affecting internet service in that area. Due to the extreme cold we are expecting additional Youngsville TV outages to develop overnight.
UPDATE: As of 10:00am Saturday all Youngsville TV outages appear to have been resolved. There is still a chance of random outages occurring throughout the cable system over the weekend due to the extreme cold impacting outdoor electronics.
As of 8:00am Saturday, there are Youngsville TV outages also causing Internet outages from 5641 Jackson Run Road up to the end of the cable line, between 585 and 690 Old Pittsfield Road, and along Patti Lane and Route 6 near Dairy Queen. There are other Youngsville TV signal issues negatively affecting our cable internet and phone services in Irvine. Youngsville TV has been notified of these issues but provided no response as to when service may be restored.
As of 10:00pm Friday evening, there is a Youngsville TV outage causing an Internet outage from 5641 Jackson Run Road up to the end of the cable line. There is another Youngsville TV outage between 585 and 690 Old Pittsfield Road. There are other Youngsville TV signal issues affecting our cable internet and phone services in Irvine and along Patti Lane and Hickory Lane in Youngsville. We expect additional outages may develop overnight due to the cold weather negatively affecting Youngsville TV’s system. Youngsville TV has been notified of these issues but provided no response as to when service may be restored.
At this time Wednesday morning we are aware of a Youngsville TV outage along Conewongo Avenue, Schumann Road, Front Street, Oakview Road, Taylor Drive, and Rossman Drive which is also causing an internet outage in that area. Youngsville TV has been advised of the outage but has not provided any timeframe for restoration.
As of 7:30am Tuesday, we are aware of Youngsville TV outages along the upper end of Jackson Run Road, Davey Hill Road, and the lower end of National Forge Road in Irvine including Hazel Street, Bosko Street, and Circle Drive. Youngsville TV has been notified of these outages.
UPDATE: As of 10am Friday morning Youngsville TV has restored service to the majority of this morning’s outages. We are still aware of an outage on Yucha Drive at this time.
Friday morning we are aware of multiple Youngsville TV outages which are also causing internet outages in the following areas:
841 North Main Street to 1019 Matthews Run Road including Brickyard Lane and 9th Street;
3 to 59 West Main Street;
Yucha Drive;
Robertson Drive, Suan Lane, and Thatcher Lane;
Patti Lane;
Evergreen Lane;
The upper end of Old Pittsfield Road; and
5641 to 6300 Jackson Run Road in Warren.
These outages have been reported to Youngsville TV, and they have informed us that they have a tech looking into the outages this morning.
UPDATE 7: As of 5:20PM the fiber splicing has been completed and services should be restored. If you are still unable to get online at this time, please reboot your Arris modem first, then your wireless router.
UPDATE 6: As of 4:10PM, the fiber carrier has informed us they have completed pulling the fiber run and begun splicing the connections. They have still not provided an estimated time of restoration.
UPDATE 5: At 3:30PM the fiber carrier has informed us they have located additional damaged fiber and a temporary repair will be put in place to expedite repair. There is still no estimated time of restoration provided.
UPDATE 4: As of 2:30PM our fiber carrier has informed us they are still working on pulling the replacement cable through the conduit. Once they have completed pulling the replacement cable, their technicians can build the new splice case and complete their work. We still have not been given an estimated time of restoration.
UPDATE 3: As of 9:15AM, crews have been reported to be on-site by our fiber optic carrier. We still have not been given any estimated time of restoration.
As of 9:00am Wednesday there is an ongoing outage along Conewango Avenue Extension in North Warren, including Big 4 Road, Schumann Road, and all neighboring side streets including Whispering Hills. The outage is due to an underground fiber cable near Walmart which was heavily damaged by third party excavation work. Repair crews from our fiber carrier are back on site this morning actively working on replacing the damaged cable. There is still no timeframe available for service restoration.
UPDATE 2: As of 10:00pm Tuesday there is an ongoing outage along Conewango Avenue Extension in North Warren, including Big 4 Road, Schumann Road, and all neighboring side streets including Whispering Hills. The outage is due to an underground fiber cable near Walmart which was heavily damaged by third party excavation work. Due to access restrictions and the extent of the damage, our fiber carrier is bringing in additional resources for continuing repair efforts Wednesday morning. There is still no timeframe available for service restoration.

The outage is due to an underground fiber cable which was damaged by a third party, and our fiber optic carrier is currently on scene actively working on repairs. There is still no timeframe for restoration available at this time.

The outage appears to be a fiber circuit outage feeding the area, and our fiber optic carrier is currently investigating. There is no timeframe for restoration available at this time.
At this time Tuesday there is a Youngsville TV signal issue which is also causing internet issues in the area of Route 6 and Abraham Hollow Road, including the upper end of Old Pittsfield Road and the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. Youngsville TV is aware of the issue, but they were unable to completely resolve it today.
At this time Monday afternoon there is a Youngsville TV signal issue which is also causing internet issues in the area of Route 6 and Abraham Hollow Road, including the upper end of Old Pittsfield Road and the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. Youngsville TV has provided no response or timeframe for addressing this issue.
There is currently an ongoing Youngsville TV outage which is also causing internet outages on Pleasant Drive, Edgewood Drive, Corral Drive, and Homestead Drive in the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. Youngsville TV has informed us that this outage will not be resolved until next Wednesday at the earliest. Affected customers have been sent an e-mail with further details on this situation.
UPDATE 2: As of 5pm Tuesday there is an ongoing Youngsville TV outage which is also causing internet outages in the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. There is an additional Youngsville TV outage on Hull Hill Road. Youngsville TV has advised us they have restored service to as many customers as possible until they receive additional parts. Youngsville TV was unable to provide us with any timeframe for resolving either outage at this time.
UPDATE: As of noon Tuesday there is an ongoing Youngsville TV issue which is also causing internet outages in the area of Route 6 and Abraham Hollow Road, including Evergreen Lane, part of Old Pittsfield Road, and all of the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. The outage on Hull Hill Road has been restored. Youngsville TV is actively working on the issue at this time.
Tuesday morning there is an ongoing Youngsville TV issue which is also causing internet disruptions in the area of Route 6 and Abraham Hollow Road, including Evergreen Lane, part of Old Pittsfield Road, and all of the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. There is also an outage on Hull Hill Road this morning. Youngsville TV is aware and is actively working on these issues today.
UPDATE: As of 5pm Monday, there is an ongoing Youngsville TV outage which is also causing an internet outage on Abraham Hollow Road, Evergreen Lane, and all of the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. Youngsville TV has informed us that this outage will continue through the night tonight, and they will resume working on it Tuesday.
As of noon there is an ongoing Youngsville TV outage which is also causing an internet outage in the area of Route 6 and Abraham Hollow Roads in Youngsville, including parts of Old Pittsfield Road and the Pleasant Valley Trailer Park. Youngsville TV is actively working to restore service at this time.
There is a Penelec scheduled power outage in the Youngsville area this morning from 8am to 3pm which may impact parts of the cable internet system. Service will be restored when power is restored to the affected parts of the cable system.
At this time Sunday morning, we are aware of a Youngsville TV outage along 2nd Street in Youngsville, as well as intermittent service disruptions affecting customers off Yucha Drive. These issues have been reported to Youngsville TV, and they will be investigating later this afternoon.
UPDATE: All services are restored as of 1:30pm. The outage was due to a power failure at Youngsville TV’s head end.
At this time Sunday we are experiencing a service outage affecting all services in Youngsville, Pittsfield, and Irvine due to a Youngsville TV outage. No estimated restoration time is currently available.
Power issues appear to be resolved now in Pittsfield PA. Please reboot your modem, then wireless router if you are still experiencing issues.
There is currently an Outage of all services in Pittsfield PA due to ongoing power issues. As soon as power is restored across the entire area service should resume.
