All labor rates are base rates.  Additional approval may be necessary after diagnosis.

 

Standard Diagnostic Charge: $50 Modem or RAM Installation: $25
Single Hardware Installation): $50 - $100 Spyware/Virus/Updates Package: $100
Format/Restore: $100 - $125 Data Copy:  $25 - $50
Data Recovery: $500 - $3000    

 

*Billing is a minimum of 1 hour with 30 minute increments

NOTE:  We are NOT a data recovery company.  All we can do is copy a few specific folders (such as My Documents) from a customer's hard drive before formatting it.  We can not recover data from drives with bad sectors or corrupted partition tables, although we can refer customers to Drive Savers for this service.
